WINTEC GLOVIS Co., Ltd.

WINTEC GLOVIS, possessing the world’s only original technology to recycle activated carbon with overheated steam, contributes
to reusing the activated carbon which is a resource necessary for treatingpurifying polluted waterair. WINTEC GLOVIS is
the specialty company developing the ‘new automatic eco-friendly activated carbon recycling technology’ with the convenience
and economy of maintenance to fabricateconstruct the facility treatingpurifying polluted waterair.

Introduction of Technology & Product
- Automatic Activated Carbon Recycling and Filtration System (W-SSCS)
-
-
The filtration system absorbs and removes the water pollutants
of sewage, wastewater, and heavy water. As the filtration system
extends the lifetime of activated carbon with self-recycling, it does
not need to replace the activated carbon in the water treatment site.
- Key Processes of the System
ㆍ bsorbing Process: Absorbing and filtering pollutants through activated
carbon pores
ㆍ Backwashing Process: Preventing floating substances from causing the
upper blocking, agglomeration, and channeling of activated carbon
ㆍ Recycling Process: Heating the 100℃ or higher steam to generate the
400℃ or higher overheated steam for injecting it to activated carbon

- Automatic Activated Carbon Recycling System (W-SCRS)
-
-
- Recycles the broken activated carbon with the oxygen-free low
temperature pyrolysis method using overheated steam by absorbing
and removing water pollutants
- Resolves air pollution and improving recycling yield compared to the
existing multistage furnace
- Minimizes the property change of activated carbon with overheated
steam recycling : Maintains the best activated carbon absorption
and recycling yield rates (90% or more in average)
